Great Resources for Reading Comprehension

A few months ago I planned a short workshop for teachers at a charter school on strategies to use for reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary instruction. I was overwhelmed by the resources available on line and 10 hours later I had created a fairly concise presentation sharing strategies such as QAR, Think Pair Share, Read Cover Remember Retell, graphic organizers, Mosaic of Thought reading comprehension strategies, GLAD for vocabulary, Read Naturally and Reading A to Z for fluency, etc.  Here are just a few of the links for some of the resources I used in thinking about the topic of Reading Comprehension. Some are specific lessons; others are generic or articles on the topic. This does not include youtube or other videos. That is another project!

I am certain all of you reading this have many more fabulous sites so please add them to the mix!
